Deepen your therapeutic journey by inviting nature into every session,
try ReWilding EMDR!

Join Jackie Flynn, alongside  Alisha Denham and Catherine Denham as they explore ReWilding EMDR: Deepening the Healing Process by Partnering with Nature. This discussion focuses on restoring EMDR to a state of natural flow and vitality by  inviting nature in as a co-therapist . You will learn practical ways to integrate the sights, sounds, textures, and rhythms of nature into all eight phases of EMDR, helping the therapeutic work feel more organic, embodied, and alive. Key discussion topics include understanding what reWilding means in both ecological and therapeutic contexts, and how nature-based EMDR supports  autonomic flexibility and resilience . The session will also cover clinical examples of integrating outdoor spaces, natural objects, movement, and sensory experiences into sessions, while also considering safety and accessibility. Jackie Flynn, the founder of EMDR Playground™ and EMDR with Kids™ Community, is passionate about helping therapists bring the healing power of nature into therapy in ways that are both grounded and transformative.
