David Polidi is the co-owner of Empowered Through Compassion with his wife. They offer IFS informed EMDR therapy and couples therapy in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, as well as consultation (throughout the world). He is the host of the Empowered Through Compassion podcast where he speaks about trauma healing in its varied forms. He lives with his wife, daughter and furry friend Nala (his Golden Retriever). He believes that everyone holds the power to heal their trauma, and he is honored to be able to accompany people on their healing journeys.
