Dr. Arielle Schwartz is a clinical psychologist, EMDRIA approved consultant, somatic therapist, and internationally sought-out teacher. She is the author of six books, including The Complex PTSD Workbook, EMDR Therapy and Somatic Psychology, and most recently Therapeutic Yoga for Trauma Recovery: Applying the Principles of Polyvagal Theory for Self-Discovery, Embodied Healing, and Meaningful Change. Her integrative, mind-body approach to therapy includes parts-work therapy, relational therapy, somatic psychology, EMDR Therapy, and therapeutic yoga for trauma.
