Dr. Arielle Schwartz, author of The Complex PTSD Treatment Manual: An Integrative, Mind-Body Approach to Trauma Recovery explains the art and science of therapy. Dr. Arielle Schwartz is a clinical psychologist, EMDRIA approved consultant, somatic therapist, and internationally sought-out teacher. She is the author of five books, including The Complex PTSD Workbook, EMDR Therapy and Somatic Psychology, The Post Traumatic Growth Guidebook, and most recently the Complex PTSD Treatment Manual. Her integrative, mind-body approach to therapy includes parts-work therapy, relational therapy, somatic psychology, EMDR Therapy, and therapeutic yoga for trauma.
