This 4-hour online workshop which offers 4 EMDRIA Credits explores how dreams can serve as rich metaphors for unresolved developmental trauma and attachment wounding, and how ai-EMDR can reveal, repair, and rewire what the unconscious is ready to release. The session draws on the unique framework of Unleash Your EMDR and combines imagination, metaphor, neurobiology, and transpersonal insight to illuminate attachment wounding. It is designed for EMDR therapists who want to learn how to work confidently and creatively with dreams.

The workshop includes a live demonstration of ai-EMDR dream work with a volunteer, and provides space for deep exploration of both client and personal dreams. You’ll unpack the neurobiology, metaphor, and meaning of dreams, integrating the Royal Road with the Bridge to transformative, imaginal processing in EMDR. Participants will come away with practical tools they can use immediately in practice.
