EMDR and Psychedelics - An Interview with Adam O'Brien
Since Michael Pollan’s book, How to Change Your Mind was published, psychedelics made a comeback into our world. In the 1950s and 1960s, psychedelics had been used for the treatment of trauma, addiction, and depression. Cities like Denver have decriminalized psilocybin mushrooms and many therapists are waiting for psychedelics to become legal, to integrate them into the practice of psychotherapy. In this interview, Adam O’Brien shares his knowledge about integrating EMDR therapy and psychedelic psychotherapy.
